Delivery
We are able to deliver our bakes Nationwide with DPD, while we also provide local delivery around the GU1 area and nearby!
We dispatch all orders every Tuesday and Friday.
For Tuesday dispatch, we recommend ordering before Monday mid day. For Friday dispatch, we recommend ordering before Thursday mid day.
Local pick up from our base is free. Local delivery is £3, with DPD delivery is £5.
Once our orders are dispatched it is completely out of our hands, and any problems with delivery should be raised with DPD. However, we recommend getting in touch so we can see what we can do for you.
Custom Orders
Yes! We can create custom orders of any kind. We recommend getting in touch using our contact us page, with details on what you are looking to order and we will get back to you.
Yes! We strongly recommend getting in touch as far in advance as possible with corporate or large volume orders as these can take a while to process.
Yes! We work with various cafes already, providing them with weekly deliveries of fresh bakes and products to stock. Please get in touch to discuss how we can make this happen!
Products
Each product have their respective allergens listed in their product page under the “Allergens” tab. Please check these before making your order!
Please note, our products are produced in an environment with nuts, gluten, eggs and soy.
All our bakes will stay perfectly fresh for 1 week if unopened. Some products can also be frozen, allowing them to keep fresh for 1 month. We highly recommend checking the Storage tabs for each product to find out the best ways to keep the products fresher for longer!
Yes! All our products are freshly made by us. We do not import or buy from any other producers to ensure highest quality and the freshest products for you.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept any forms of returns.
If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch using our contact us page with your order number, and issue. We will look into the problem and be in touch to help!
